Copying

This is probably one of my favorite videos of our little sweetie. She just started copying sounds we make and will also make noise like this when we sing to her. She can mostly copy the "ohhh", "hiiii" (this one is more like i-i-i-i), and ah-ah-ah.

She just started jumping in her exersaucer and it is hilarious. Excuse the horrible footage, I was trying to make her laugh/jump and video at the same time.

Life Lately

These pics are from the past week: Sunday at church, hanging out after a nap, and a pic of her outside. Today we visited with our neighbors outside and she loved it. She loved watchint the little dogs in our neighborhood and thinks are hysterical. Our neighbor's little boy also let her play with his Aggie basketball, which was amazing as she is obsessed with balls. She looks so grown up in the pic of her with the ball, looks just like a little kid!

She loves Daddy's hat (see above). :)



I took a picture of Madelyn the other day and immediately thought of this picture of Dave. They have similar expressions. I had to bust out the wedding rehearsal dinner video to find the pic of Dave. I love that video!! Thanks Holly for such a cool set of memories. :)

Teething

Madelyn cut two teeth this past weekend. Her favorite teething item in this little mess feeder. She has eaten frozen bananas, mangos, plums, and sweet potatoes from it and she absolutely loves it. It works well to freeze the food because it isn't as messy and is really soothing for her gums. She cracks me up when she eating from it because it is like she is in a "frozen food trance". You won't think sweet potatoes would be good frozen, but she loves them. The teething really hasn't bothered her too much which is good!
